Cpu for micron transport x1000

how do you mount the 478 pin cpu in the socket? i have put in desktop cpu's never a laptop the mounting looks different. there are two wires that I do not know about thank you tomp

the two wires are probably for the fan,

for mounting just place the CPU in add heatsink and shut the lock or whatever holds it there.
