Hey guys, this is my first post, ive been doing a lot of research and price comparisons, and here is what I have come up with for my 1st build.

All this together came to $1000, then I got $200 in bing cashback, and also another $70 or so in mail in rebates. So total price was about $730 with free shipping. My goal is to have this be my HTPC, im going to hook it up to my 55" Samsung 120hz LCD TV (LN55B640), and play games/movies/internet TV on it.

Are there any parts that dont look right, or that I should have gotten instead?
Right now im on the look out for a wireless keyboard and mouse, but im not sure which to get. This is going to be for gaming, etc.. so does anyone have any suggestions for a good combo? Id like to keep the $ down as much as possible, but not take big hit on performance.

Thanks for the help,
red

Logitech makes some pretty good wireless combos. The best ones aren't exactly affordable though. I'd just make sure whatever combo you do get, that it has a nice RF transmitter and receiver. I was using a wireless desktop keyboard/mouse for an HTPC I did a few years back, but the range was terrible on it. Ended up giving that combo to my sister and upgrading to a combo with better range.
