I'd like to have my secondary HD in raid0 while keeping my ssd in ahci

Sorry for the long title. But I was wondering if there was a way to have a new secondary HDD in raid0 while keeping my ssd in ahci mode. My motherboard (biostar a770e3) apparently only allows for one or the other. I don't have anymore slots for another controller as well. I've read another thread similar to this one but I believe that a complete wipeout of the ssd drive was necessary. All I want is to have my secondary drive as a place to hold larger applications and games. I'm willing to reformat the raid drives (used to be my old boot drive before completely upgrading hardware), but I really don't want to reinstall windows 7 onto my ssd. Can someone help me.

BTW, the southbridge on my mobo is sb710 by AMD.

I'm running an SSD, 2 HDDs in raid0 and 1 HDD alone. All are ACHI mode and all is well. The HDDs were set up in "SATA as IDE" mode, when I added the SSD, switched BIOS to ACHI with no problems at all.
