Hello,DOES ASUS have utility download for Windows 7. If so where and how to download

Check asus website for your board. If no windows 7 drivers are listed, then no. But if you have vista drivers, then 7 may work. Try to find a beta copy of 7 (post for free on criagslist) and try it with your board. Those beta versions will work until June 1st and were free last year.
