I have problems with puter I cant install updates it keeps saying that they are updated but it turns around and says new updates are available and it is the same update how do I fix my pc on my own without regcure or some other program that you have to pay for

i think this question would be answered better in the "Software section" choose which windows you have and create a thread there. This is a CPU&Components thread so a question like this really has no place here.

You running an anti-virus program? Sounds like an infested system.
