Ide value has changed occationally

bios value has changed occationally
so i can't boot the first time i powerd on
pls help me

take the little battery (CMOS battery) out of the motherboard while it is unplugged from the wall and let it sit there without the battery in it for at least 2 hours (24 hours recommended), then put the battery back in and start up the PC, it should be at default settings as it was when you got it...

i check the cmos battery, it is fine and onething is that, all of the bios values are not change without the ide value.
