I'm trying to overclock my 6850 to 1ghz . however it uses a new type of voltage regulator so I cant put the voltage up. does anyone know how to put the voltage up without hard modding .

try using afterburner and go into the settings. on the first page there should be an unchecked box that says something like allow voltage changes. best of luck!

that's the first thing I tried but I'm still thinking of other ways .

flash it to a 6870 bios and it will unlock it.
