Question about my Bios and voltage

My bios has an option to auto set the voltage to compensate for any overclocking. My motherboard is a GA-970A-D3. I'm just making sure, but if I leave this option set to Auto will it take care of itself? Here is a pic of the option in my Bios: http://i.imgur.com/5Azy8.jpg

Don't let auto voltage if overclock, sellect to [manual] also pcie at 100 no auto.

I would leave it at Manual, just bump the voltage up if your overclock is unstable

auto settings on motherboards love to over correct
