Get a new one. Fans wear out over time or even faster if there is excess dust (weighs down blades causing motor to work harder. Look for a ball bearing fan as they last longer

Get new one.
Expect 5 year life from them.
Don't get sleeve bearing fans as they are prone to fail faster and makes noise...

In 12 cm size, I like the Scythe S-Flex fans - a little pricey but the fluid bearings make them pretty quiet.
