QUESTIONS: Is 500w PSU enough? I only plan on using 1 GPU. Hows the MOBO with this setup? Is it adequate enough?

looks good, although you could get 4GB of ram and a 4890 for the same price as those Reaper's and a GTX 260.

^ you still have to pay for it though, and if something goes wrong after you send in the rebate then you can't return them.

Point taken, I am just going for more bang/buck. I live in CA so I have to pay tax also. I just want to make sure that PSU is good for this setup. Also to make sure GPU will work with this MOBO.

Yeah, I just saw, thank goodness it was in my cart.

I went and purchased my build. Thank you for your input. Everyone here at Tom's are very helpful. I think I got a good build with everyone's help, and a little under budget. Woohoo!
