I just finished building my pc and powered it up just to see if everything was getting power and everything looked fine. Except that the fan on my graphic card wasn't working. My question is that does the fan only start when the card reachs a specific temp or do I have a bad card?

The fan should spin.

You didn't provide your configuration . . . does your gcard require extra power connectors and did you attach them?

RMA your card there's no specific reasons why it shouldn't spin ,just make sure all the power connectors are on before you RMA

The card requires a two 6 pin power plugs to be attached I used one from my pci 1 plug and one from pci 2 but I have a feeling I did something wrong I'll look into it and give you guys more details as I progress later on tonight when my heatsink comes in

If that's a gpu heat sink, do not install it yet lol.
