My computer powers but does not show

Hello,
my motherboard seems to be having a problem cos every time i start the computer, it starts to open the os but stops on the way an prompts me to remove any newly installed hardware. I have tried to disable all the usb devices in the bios and changed even the hard disk, still there is no change, what else shoukd i do?

Take everything out but 1 mem stick and GFX card
