Toshiba P205 running win7 for 2 weeks. Normal upgrade with no problems. Today computer will not run properly. Takes 3to 4 min to run a command. When task manager openned monitored cpu usage. Normally when you ask for a tasked cpu jumps up then back to zero. the opposite happens cpu at rest is about 49% when tasking to open anything even a simple command the cpu drops to zero and the computer locks up for 3 to 5 minutes. Ran in safe mode everything run great. Restarted computer with minimum services and no start up programs. Same problem. HELP???????????????????

Hmm. Have you checked the process list for anything that sounds funny?

Have you made any recent hardware or software changes to your computer?

Yes I tried the process list and everything looked the same as it did before. Windows 7 was installed 10-22-09. Was working good.
