Hey guys, I just purchased a Cooler Master 212 plus Cpu cooler and I want to maximize my cooling situation so I'm just wondering if it would be a good idea to purchase another fan so I can have a push-pull configuration. One of the store managers suggested I don't get the second fan but he never really told me why. Is it because I could buy another fan that's too powerful or too slow? I plan to buy the exact same fan on the cooler and then get a y-splitter. What do you guys think? -thanks

Most folks here, if not all have two fans on the 212, I wouldn't do the splitter though, plug them both into the mobo on separate sockets

The only thing is, I only have two fan inputs on my mobo, One for the cpu fan and the other for the exhaust fan. Do you think I should plug the two pwm fans from the cooler into the mobo and then put all the rest of the fans going into my fan controller then?

Sounds like the best way to me, that or have the case fans straight off the psu (Molex adaptors)
