Can you change the 120mm fan on an ANTEC CP 850W PSU? It's quiet, just not as silent as my Noctua fans...

PSU's are designed as a whole with the fan - changing the fan could have adverse effects and damage the PSU and will void the warranty - they are best left as they are

If it is not broke don't fix it.

The biggest source of fan noise in a PC are as follows:
1) GPU fans
2) CPU fans
3) case fans
4) PS fans..PSU fans are the least of your worries.
