[Solved] Core 2 Duo E7600 Compatible?

I'm currently running an old Dell XPS 400 with a Pentium D 820 (2.8 Ghz). I would like to upgrade to a core 2 duo e7600 as it is the best core 2 duo that runs at my maximum FSB supported (1066 mhz). I am having trouble figuring out if this processor will work in my motherboard due to the 45 nm technology.

Anyway, my stats:
oyc523 mainboard (dell proprietary)
Pentium D 820 (2.8 Ghz, LGA 775, 95 nm, 800 mhz FSB)
northbridge i945p
Dell bios revision a07 (maximum bios version supported by my mainboard)
