Which hard drive in my RAID 5 is failing?

Hi, I'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to RAID systems. I think one of the 5 hard drives in my RAID 5 is failing, but I'm not sure which. The event log says Device 5 failed first but it looks like its rebuilding Device 2 so I'm not sure which one I should replace. I can still access my data so I don't think both have failed. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
