I need opinions on XSPC X2O 750 Dual 5.25” Bay Reservoir Pump V2, I need to replace my EK4.0 pump as it is intermitantly shutting off. I would also like to have the res in the drive bays to save some space (currently using an EK Multi-Option 160ml).

Would it be better to get:

XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25” Reservoir for Two Laing DDC (or the single version) with the corresponding pump/s, which I am assuming is MCP355 Laing DDC-pump 12V DDC-1Plus 18w

Im running in the loop

Apogee XT
HWL GTX360 Rad
HWL GTX240 Rad
EK FC470GTX Block
EK FC470GTX Block

Will the X20 pump have enuff pressure for this system ?

Solution
DDC and MCP350/355/35x are all Laing DDC pumps, just rebranded as 'MCP' by Swiftech. Koolance brands them as 'PMP400' I believe. DDC pumps are known for great head pressure, which is good in a larger loop...the XSPC X20 pump is ok for a beginner loop, but I'd strongly suggest one of the Laing pumps...just pick one you want. The 18w version is stronger than the normal 12w versions, and will require additional power requirements. Also, you don't necessarily need to DDC pumps for that loop, but that is up to you.

Thats not a problem, I will get the Laing pump, Is the following the correct pump for the res?

Laing DDC-pump 12V DDC-1Plus 18w with 3/8''
XSPC Acrylic Dual 5.25” Reservoir for One Laing DDC

How do you mount it inside the res (assuming they go together), do you just remove the head of the pump?

All Laing DDC pumps share the same top mounting screw pattern, so you just remove the top and mount to the mount points in the reservoir...the same is true for the DDC pump tops...they fit any of the DDC pumps as well. Just a note, I believe the Koolance PMP400 is the only pump that is covered by warranty if you remove the top...I don't believe the Swiftech models are, even though they are the same. Many, many people use either/or without any problems, so just check for sure and decide what works best for you.

Another question if I may, using:

EK-FC Bridge TRIPLE Serial and the appropriate links EK-FC Link GeForce can you close off the middle of the 'triple' and only use it with 2GPUs?

Or if using 2GPUS do I need EK-FC Bridge DUAL Serial.

EK really don't make thier SLI/CFX bridges easy to understand for people who haven't purchased them before.

Basically I am using PCIe slots 1 and 5 (so a double space blanking plate free - I could put another 2 slot gpu in here if I wanted to) (Asus P6T6 WS Revolution)

Are the above products suitalbe?

If you feel like linking the URLs (from www.scan.co.uk) for the links and bridges i need that would be so fking ace =)

Reason I an wanting a 3 way bridge for 2 gpus, is because I will be adding a 3rd gpu in a few weeks (but my pump is failing so have to make some modifications now), so would rather not throw money away if i dont have to

The 3-way bridges have cutouts for 3 GPUs, so you'd have to either manually plug it (bad idea), or use 3 GPUs on it.

What GPUs are you running? Unless you're running a serious multimonitor set up or doing hardcore bitcoin mining there are very few applications in which a third GPU is helpful or worth the money.
