700W would be overkill, I run an E8400 + GTX260 on a 485W Enermax.

Unless you're trying to futureproof it a bit you might as well get something in the 500-600W range instead and save some money.

Yes definitely enough, its always good to have some extras - allow you to put more stuff in future. Im using my Enermax too (Modu+ 425W) powering my PII 720 3.6Ghz OC, GTX 275, 3 hard drives, and 5 case fans -barely at its limit LoL

All of that on a 425?! Enermax do make good quality PSU's but would have thought that's pushing it a bit hard! Surprising what you can get out of them.
