Im trying to overclock my computer and i seem to be having some problems.

I have intel core i7 2600k and the Gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3.

i can easily use the Tool that gigabyte provides to overclock to 4.2 Ghz, however, that seems to be some kind of limit that the Mobo can handle or something. I have looked up guides on manually overclocking, especially on Gigabyte boards, but it doesnt seem to want to go over 4.2 Ghz.

I find out that i cannot even modify some of the bios settings in the M.I.T. area such as CPU Vcore Voltage.

What am i doing wrong? Is this board even made for overclocking?
