I want to buy a graphics card. My brother recommended that I buy the GeForce 9600GT card, but then I found the 9800 card
(both cards are 512mb) and it is not much more expensive. Which is better? Please consider the price and also the size (physical size) of each card because I have a very small case (mini tower) because I want it to fit (of course). I have a 22" LCD monitor.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The performance of the 9800gt is superior.

You say that you're case is very small so it probably wont fit.
You may also want to have a look at the radeon 4850 or 4770 depending on prices in your region they could be a better choise.

Is Radeon 4859 or 4770 any better than the GeForce 9800 or are they any smaller? The Radeons you suggested are more expensive in my region than the GeForeces. Also, does anyone know if there is a physical size difference between the GeForce 9800 and 9600?

4850 is much better and will play most of the games in ur monitor with max settings
