My system consists of:
Hyper 212 cooler
Samsung spinpoint f3 HD
G.Skill Ripjaw series 8GB ddr3 1600 Ram
Amd Phenom X4 955 black edition deneb 3.2ghz
Antec Earthwatts EA-650 power supply
MSI Geforce GTX 560 1Gb video card
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

Just wondering where do i start in overclocking?

Start with the multiplier. You can find this in BIOS, but I always recommend AMD users try AMD overdrive first. You'll have to download since you wouldn't have catalyst. I'd adjust the multi in .5X increments. You should be able to hit 3.5-3.6 without out any voltage. Now you've got yourself a X4 965 or better.

If you get to 3.5 or 3.6 and have stability issues, then try increasing the voltage a little at a time. Then once you're stable, you can try increasing the multi some more.

That's what I recommend to start. Then we can talk about HT and so forth later on.

How do you know if u have stability issues? Do i run the stability test and it tells me this?
