Absence of keyboard capital letters and symbols as well

please help me to find how can I troubleshoot the problem I encountered in my computer's keyboard?......here are the lost letters ----capital h,y,and n. Thank you Very Much

Try a new keyboard. This will let you know if its a hardware (Broken Keyboard) problem.
