Why will my sumvision cyclone micro not work seagate 2tb ntfs external drive

I have a sumvision cyclone micro multi media player adapter. I use it with a freecom external hdd (2590gb)and it works fine most of the time. I have recently bought a seagate 2tb expansion hdd but it will not work with the cyclone, the files come up that i have but on but there is nothing inside them? When I go to format it the only 2 options are available ntfs (default) or exFAT... I need to get it to FAT32... does anyone know how to do this?

You can try formatting it with a PC.
