Need a little help here,
I've already bought my case and my power supply

CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Retail

and my computer case (atx only)

and I wanted to make sure that the motherboard i plan to use will work with them, I plan to use an i5 cpu on my computer and I'm thinking of this ASUS motherboard

does anyone see any reason not to use it or see any compatibility issues? Any suggestions would be appreciated as this is my first time trying to build my own computer (will be for gaming).

Your desired motherboard will fit without a problem in that case. There is no compatibility issues here. Your case is ATX form factor and so is the motherboard.
