Here is what happened.

1. I had a perfectly working computer with ---

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Orleans 2.2GHz Socket AM2 62W Single-Core Processor Model ADA3500CNBOX - Retail

Video: XFX PV-T73G-UDD3 GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card

Memory : CORSAIR XMS2 512mb 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X1024A-6400

Power: Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-500 500W ATX12V SLI Ready Modular Power Supply

Motherboard: ASUS M2N-E AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 Ultra MCP ATX AMD Motherboard

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 ST3160812AS 160GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - OEM

2. I bought and replaced the CPU with AMD Athlon™ X2 Model 5200+

But when I booted the computer there was a black screen and it said the motherboard doesn't support it. I replaced the CPU with the original. Then I went to Asus homepage and downloaded a software that would update the bios(Asus Update). I proceeded with the upgrading but somehow during flashing, it said it had failed to update the bios. And the computer was not responsive. I turned off the computer and turned it on again but it would turn off by itself after 3 to 5 seconds...

3. I tried everything I could but nothing helped. I thought it as an oppotunity to upgrade my motherboard (The computer WAS 4years old. So I bought a new motherboard. MSI's K9A2 Neo2. I replaced the motherboard and turned on the computer.

4. NOW THE PROBLEM. Whenever I plug the chord to the outlet, the computer makes a really high pitched noise like scratching a chalkboard with a fingernail. That's not the only problem. The computer does turn it self on, fans are spinning, leds are lit, hdd spinning... But!! Nothing appears on the monitor!! OMG! Help Me!

Oh, and I've noticed that the fans are spinning at maximum speed... That's never happened before...
