Seeking recommendation on $1000 Cdn PC

will be used for running multiple programs, some gaming. Other requirements is preferably a pretty quiet case, but also want quite a bit of room for multiple hard drives. Also, wish to run two 24inch monitors at the same time... not 100% if 2 vid cards are needed- don't think so but not sure. also not a big upgrader- so was kind of thinking of an i7 build but all recommendations welcome

edited to mention: would prefer to buy from either newegg.ca, ncix.com, or memory express (winnipeg location)
