Patin Couffin engine for 64 bits systems (amd) device is not working properly

I am getting an error of the device not working properly

Patin Couffin engine is associated with ODD's = cd/dvd drive
Usually is included with burning sofware or programs like Xvid/Divx
An uninstall/re-install or update of whatever you use would likely repair it.
