I think some very mild overclock is possible on H67, but very little as it doesn't support changing the multiplier, but I don't know how. If you want to OC more, you need a P67 or Z68 montherboard and for cooling there are tons of options, but a classic inexpensive one is the Hyper 212 Plus.

You can but very little, so really it's not worth it. You will have to raise the bclk and since it is tied to many other parts of the system, you can run into some problems. You might get away with +5 or so on the bclk clock, but that's about it.

I think you can also increase the turboboost by 3 too so maybe 3.7-3.8GHz

I would get a p6 or z6 mobo. that will give you some good options for future upgrades and overclocking depending on the chip you choose.

If you want to do any decent OC (4+Ghz), yes you want a P67 or Z68. I prefer the later just because it can run without a dedicated GPU so if you have problems with your, you can at least have a usable PC.

ok,i am gonna buy an asus p8 p67 mobo, will that be strong enough for oc !!! and what if i dont use any extra cooling kits !!! i will b only using the processor fans that comes with the box, will that lead my mobo n cpu to burn !!! or is it ok to use !!!

The stock fan would be ok for moderate OC (sub-4Ghz) I guess, otherwise look at the Hyper 212 Plus, it's only 25$ and will allow you to keep it very cool even at 4.5Ghz.
