Which MB for AMD Phenom II X4 965?

I'm trying to figure out which mobo to buy for an AMD Phenom II X4 965BE. I'm considering the Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P, but would love to hear other recommendations. I put a short list below for the few criteria I have. Any suggestions?

1. Gigabyte, MSI, or ASUS
2. DDR3 support
3. Not needed: onboard graphics
4. Not needed: multiple gpu

Good for me. I'm doing the same combo. If you want the USB 3.0 and all the extra ports on the back, you can upgrade to the GIGABYTE GA-790FXTA-UD5, but it's $80-$90 bucks more. If money isn't an issue, GO FOR IT!!

But the MOBO and CPU is a good combo, just make sure you have adequate ventilation. Good Luck!
