Best cooler for am3/am3+ processor?

I currently have a athlon ii x4 645.Wondering if the fan is having issues.I plan on upgrading soon to the phenom 970 be or fx 8150.Or whatever your thoughts are on the best processor for gaming??Anyways i need recommendations on some good coolers please ![:)]( ":)")
