you using 32bit or 64bit operating system? should be using 64 bit but you need to let us know.

If 32bit then probably something like this for ram
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or for 64 bit
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

As for a video card your best bets are probably something like this

CPU should be good i believe but not sure bout mobo and since you already bought the psu and case and are on a budget we will just leave those out of it. This is all my opinion correct me if i'm wrong please :p

after buying the ram you are going to have about $95
and the best card you can get for that money is a ATI 4850 or an nVidia 9800gt

The ati is a little better , but some games favour nvidia and the difference is less

how do I figure 32 bit or 64 bit where do I look TO FIND THIS?

It is determined by your operating system. If you buy 64 bit vista then you are running 64 bit and can make use of more than 4 gb of ram, if you are running 32 bit vista you can only make use of about 3.2GB.

64 bit is the answer then
