Hi,I have purchased anew laptop a month back. Its Windows Vista homebasic OS.
A weeks back,my pc was on cold booting stage and i just shut down the screen and when i came back my screen colour was gone, infact only black colour of the screen has benn converted to red colour.
I restarted and restored it again but from the beginning say from the compaq screen till desktop screen it has converted all black colours into red one.
I tried to format also but it refuses to load any other operating system.
I searched from the intel website ,installed again an updated version of graphics driver but to no avail.
Please help me out.
will be highly grateful to u.

if it's a month old send it back for warranty, sound like a hardware issue
