Question about 4+1 power phase (955 BE)

Hey all, so this is my first time really trying to overclock my 955 and I've achieved a stable result of 3.8ghz @ 1.4125 vcore. My rig is:
955 BE C3 w/ Hyper 212+ cooler
Asrock 970 Extreme4 motherboard (4+1 phase)
8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3-1600
Cougar A760 PSU (was on sale bigggg time, or I woulda gotten a corsair or antec)
Antec 300 Illusion

Basically, I'm concerned about my motherboard being able to handle this overclock for a long period of time. My temps are very good (CPU temps of 30 idle, 48 max during prime95) and I don't see my system temp going above 28 or 29, ever. I've read a few posts saying that 4+1 isn't good enough for overclocking a phenom II X4.. is this true?

Not really , phase power 4+1 good too for overclock, see review your mobo, and just comparisson, I have am3 TA890GXE phase power 4+1 good for overcloking my cpu 1055T , that's can get 4.2ghz stable and dailly used at 3.8ghz :)
