It's unlikely that I am ever going to get into games requiring high graphics, but I am into video and art. What kind of graphic card will give me the most bang for the buck. I've notice nvidia has CUDO which programs like nero Move-it, Poser andCyberlink DVD take advantage a little. What would be a good card balancing memory, power, cost and program perks?

probably not. it does help transcoding video formats. but the benefits are not worth the huge price of a graphics card. if it is in your budget to spend $150 dollars on it and you have programs that will benefit from CUDA or OPENCL, then go ahead and buy it. until then keep the money in your pocket.
