Actual d drive property show16.8 gb but indicate 43.5 gb how can i solve this pr

My sansung R430 issue; why the chart show or indicate more than the actual storage with is only 4.66 GB?
1. All in d:\ 4.66GB (files, etc)
2. On the chart indicate 47.3 GB

It looks like your drive is showing 4.66 GB of used space and 47.3 GB of free space for a total of about 52 GB so you still have 47.3 GB to use yet.
