now that those parts are second hand they atre worth less

say $900

Reply to Outlander_04

Those parts were only worth $1015 new...

955 - 200
2 x 4890 - 400
Velociraptor - 160
WD - 75
PSU - 160
ODD - 20

I guess it doesn't come with RAM or a MOBO and it's second hand as Outlander pointed out...

That's a better deal than the OP's system if you don't know how to build a system.

Yougot screwed with no vaseline. Next time aske before you waste your money.

You wasted $2000, how does it make you feel?

Reply to daship

I got the impression that he built the system and was looking to do the screwing. :) There's not a chance that you'll ever sell that for over $1000 if that's your intention.

damn 3000 dollars...shyt its not even core i7 =p
if you want a good system that you did not built your own i go to Digital storm, ibuypower or cyberpowerpc better than the 3k shyt lol with that money i could of built 3 of the ones im making now lol

Reply to silvergo

If anyone is considering offering 3k for that , please consider my OC'ed C2d and 4850 which you can have for $1500 + shipping

I wouldnt pay $3000.00 for any computer.

I have 3 PC's in the house.
1 for gaming, 1 for the Home Theater, and a Laptop for GP.
I dont think I have $3000. total for all three.

- its kinda sad if you ask a question for help you get about 1/3 the amount of answers as you do if you just ask a dumb question and people can bully ya...

That is so not what you asked. Ask the wrong question, don't expect the right answers.

Had you listed your parts, stated how much you spent, and then asked how we think it would compare to Dell's $3000 XPS 730x computer, you probably would have gotten more favorable replies (and maybe a few bargain deals).

No force would ever make me buy that for 3k, for that money i can build a computer 10x more powerful then that easily. That system is worth 1/3 of that price.

-For 3k you can build an intel system with a nice i7, SLI two high end vid cards, get an EVGA classified motherboard, have like 20GB of fast ram, and a solid state which would easily annihilatingly Demolish and Destroy that build :)

rant/ 3k!!!!!!! Wo, that's overpriced. For $3000 that's completely unacceptable. It should have a SSD, i7 processor, and two 295 gtx cards. Not to mention a larger power supply. I mean, nothings wrong with the computer, it's just not worth 3k. Maybe $1300? Worse, it's a Dell. Jeese, can't they get their gaming PC prices in line!/end rant
