URGENT - Easy boost by Gigabyte

Ok, so Ive never overclocked before. Im attempting to use Gigabyte's easy boosts quick boost option and for, not kidding, 45 minutes, this thing has been stressing my processor to the max to test it. is this NORMAL? Thank you all!

the blue bar has just started over about 15 times by this point and Im getting pretty worried . . .

is that in the easy tune 6 software?

instead of quick boost go to easy and just move the bclk up a bit at a time say 5 mhz at a time--should be able to get to somewhere round about 170mhz without voltage increase depending on what cpu you have

though you may have to go in the bios and drop your memory multiplier down a step as overclocking the cpu bclk also overclocks the ram--depends on the ram you have if you need to do this
