Apple Application Support download for Windows XP

I was cleaning up my C drive and must have deleted the much needed software that is used to run my quicktime videos. When I try to view home videos saved on my computer a screen pops up that says, "Please install apple application support".

Any suggestions how to go about doing this so I can again view my videos.
