I recently purchased a new PC. Today I installed windows 7 for the first time. It was going along fine until windows had to load for the first time (after extracting and installing files..), then the screen just went black. But I could see the HDs ticking a little like the rest of the system was running fine. The "booting windows" logo shows up, but then it goes black.
I figure it must be some kind of problem with the driver for my grafix carc and windows 7 (but I'm kind of helpless as I don't get the chance of reinstalling the driver). I've tried starting up in safe mode, but windows 7 wont let me do that because the installation isn't finished!
So, any help is much appreciated - I'm run out of ideas
