Cant help you with a build for that far in the future yet, with the i5 due out mid september and the ATI GPUs potentially due out in late september, or october. Come back a few weeks before your ready to purchase and we will help you pick out a build, but right now you cannot fit the only reasonable intel option into your budget and we dont know enough about the upcoming one.

Oh, I posted on your older thread. Previous posters have a good point; totally forgot new ATI chips coming out in September. Wait and see the offerings then and repost.
