So. I want to build a gaming mATX case that can contain atleast one gtx 275, if not sli dual. Would these dimensions of my case allow space if I just adjust and move things around?

16.6" x 10.9" x 14.5"

I'm going to be using an ASUS Rampage II GENE LGA 1366 Intel X58 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard, so would a gtx 275 probably fit?

its possible, just remember to keep good airflow in the case since you have a small area you are working with

as for the GTX275 fitting, depends on the case
