  1. What is the intended use of this computer? What resolution does your monitor run at? Posting your build following the format in the "How to ask for new build advice" sticky at the top of the forum makes it easier to make suggestions.

    Using a Core 2 Duo for a new build doesn't give you an upgrade path since both the LGA 775 socket and DDR2 RAM are being phased out. You can build an AMD build using the latest AM3 socket and DDR3 RAM for that price. That will give you better performance and a better upgrade path.
