Can anyone tell perfect overclock settings for Amd Phenom ii x6 1055t

Hello,
I have my system
Amd Phenom ii x6 1055t
4 gb kingson ddr3
coolermaster 500w
ASUS M4A78LT-M

now i have overclock my cpu at 3.5ghz(FSB=250x14)
but know i want to overclock cpu to 4ghz
So tell me perfect settings and voltage for this cpu and motherboard
try to tell according To this mobo(Asus M4A78LT-M)
please tell me

There is no 'perfect' setting everyone can use,
your chip/mobo may have different tolerances to mine even if it is the same model,
check out the stickies at the top of this section for guidance, but remember what one person gets, may not be what another can achieve
**Edit, if you can, lower the clockspeed there and raise the multiplier, better way of reaching the same result

Pretty much what the poster above me said, but if you want a rough guideline start googling what people got their 1055t up to in their overclocks and voltage. Write it all down so you have a rough idea of what you might be able to achieve. I guarantee you what you can do and what did will be different but in general it probably won't be too far off.

This is what I did with my CPU, it made life easier as I knew where most people hit the first wall before they had to really start bumping up the voltage to get any higher of a clock speed.
