Same screen keeps popping up

I went to install world of war craft on the computer and then a black screen come up and said press ctrl alt delete so do that and it just keeps going back to that same screen. ????

Boot safe mode restore to previous date.
Or repair install from your windows CD.

Need more info here. How did the "black screen" come up? Did the PC reboot, what else does the screen say aside from ctrl alt del?
