Laptop wont start

Laptop won't go pass start screen. It beeps then shows a black screen, then back to the start screen.

Laptop won't go pass start screen. It beeps then shows a black screen, then back to the start screen.

Could be memory, hard drive, corrupted OS problems. It is good to provide some specs, not just "My Laptop".

If you can boot into safe mode, try last known good cinfig, restore, or some other recovery available.
If you have Windows CD. Boot from it and repair-install the OS.
