Since it takes about an hour, something is likely overheating. Those video cards put out a lot of heat. Try running with the side of your case off. If that solves the problem, then you need a case with better airflow or more fans in your current case.
Nothing is blocking the airflow on my case..
It even has Antec BigBoy 200 on left side(+3x 120 case coolers and one 120 on psu) so it has pretty good airflow..
And Cpu heats only up to 50 and is on stock clock..
And the freeze comes with little stuttering before like 2-6 frames freezes and then cursor wont move.

Your cards are still overheating for some reason... are you sure the casefans aren't working against each other, can the hot air from the cards get out of the back of the case or is it blocked?

Well i finally found solution i had to turn the Big Boy airflow around and one 120 on floor of the case around too.. The GPU´s are now running at 77 at max but the cpu is now going up to 56..
So i might just do another hole on back of the case and add one more fan beside the CPU..
I had same configuration on my case with Phenom 9650 and one radeon 4850 but i guess two of those puts out tons of heat and heat rises to cpu..
No more crashes played 5 hours of ARMA 2 to check it out...
