Critique this Light 3dCad system build please

System uses for light 3d rendering, (usually combined with photoshop and 10 other apps open). Gaming not a priority, but will play once in a while. Getting it now, even before i5 comes out.

Parts that i have: Monitor, keyborad, mouse

Parts i think i'll be getting:

COOLER MASTER HAF 932 RC-932-KKN1-GP Black Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case - Retail - $149 NCIX

Corsair TX750W 750-Watt Power Supply - ATX, 140mm Fan, SLI-Ready, SATA-Ready - $104 BestDirect

EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX X58 SLI LE Intel Motherboard - Retail - $274 NewEgg

EVGA GeForce GTX 275 Video Card - 896MB $229 NCIX

Intel Core i7 920 Processor - $309 NewEgg

G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 - $128 new egg

2x Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB - $74x2= $148 XpressCanada

Sub Total= $1341 Canadian

I don't have a cooler here but i didn't know which to choose. I have the monitor, peripherals, dvd writer, OS. The reason why i went with 2 HD's is that after 3 HD failures i want a redundant storage setup. (Is this going to work?) Thanks for your input on the above
