Looking to upgrade video card and monitor

I was looking at new monitors and video cards and i came up with the "LG W2243T-PF 22" Widescreen LCD Monitor" and for a video card the "Diamond Radeon HD 4650 - 1GB GDDR2, PCI Express 2.0, CrossFireX" If anyone has anything to suggest that would be great i can also post more info. about my computer if you feel like helping me.

Are you gonna play games?

The HD 4650 is rather weak and slow and buying the 1GB version is simply a waste of money since it is too slow to take advantage of it.

If you are looking for a low cost gaming card with decent performance, then look at the HD 4670 512MB.

Yeah i was going to play games. Thanks for the reply i wasn't quite sure what i should get.
