Hello, i was just wondering if this WD 2TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s Caviar Green Hard Drive - 64MB Cache - WD20EARX will work in my fujitsu siemens pc

It depends, most desktop computers have 3.5" standard bays that are designed for the HDD you cited, while most laptops are equipped for 2.5" HDDs and will not accommodate a 3.5" HDD internally.
